1. Order Processing Time
- All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify’s network of print providers.
- Production typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location and the print provider’s shipping policies. Estimated delivery times after production:
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping destination, product type, and quantity ordered.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
- If you haven’t received tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us.
5. International Shipping
- We ship internationally to most countries.
- Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us. We’ll work with the product and the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
