Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party print providers, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind). However, we do stand behind the quality of our products and will provide replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Non-Returnable Items

All products are custom-made on demand, which means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a clear defect or error in the product you received.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Refund or Replacement

  • Product arrives damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received (wrong size, print, or product)
  • Order lost in transit (subject to verification and within claim period)

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order meets the criteria above, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include the following in your request:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

4. Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you whether a replacement or refund will be issued. If approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost, or a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@alphaswag.store

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to sizing or style preferences. Please review size charts carefully before placing an order.
